The SL Video Creators Group (SLVCG), a network of filmmakers from across Second Life, has returned to Second Life Cinema for its latest installment: Hot off the Render for April 2026!

This April’s installment features “a curated trailer-style reel packed with brand-new releases from directors across the grid,” as described in the official Second Life announcement. The reel features a variety of genres, which include narrative storytelling, music videos, cinematic shorts, and debuting experimental projects.

The SL Video Creators Group, founded in 2020 by Jordan Rizzo, strives to provide a “creative space for creators to help, share resources, and inspire each other to create amazing machinima,” according to its web-site.” For more information about the group, you can visit any and all of the following outlets:

Hot off the Render for April 2026! can be viewed on YouTube, but we highly recommend a second viewing at the colossal Second Life Cinema. The two level theater features a regularly rotating schedule of videos and offers all of the creature comforts of your typical theater without the exorbitant snack prices and sticky shoes.
