The weather has started to warm up in most of the Western Hemisphere, so that means that people want to go outside again for some inexplicable reason. According to the Apr. 8th post by Daniel Voyager, SL has crept in to the summer lull.

“As predicted last month the daily peak concurrency has started to drop down to 45, 000 (average). It’s expected the Second Life user concurrency will steadily go down over the summer months until the Autumn/Winter months where it will go up again until March 2027,” wrote Voyager.

To keep the good vibes going, Voyager reports an uptick of 0.46% in the number of total regions that are currently active in SL.

“It’s really good to see Private Estates and Linden Owned growing again in a positive direction after recent years. Second Life is growing again steadily and hopefully this will continue for the rest of 2026,” Voyager writes.
