Always Have Fun! Party Cookbook Marks SL’s First Cookbook

It would seem logical that leading a life in a virtual world would contribute to all the sedentary habits, which cause to health risks like obesity and diabetes.
In SL’s first cook book, Always Have Fun! Party Cookbook, authors Any Gynoid and Carl Solutionary claim the lifestyles of virtual world inhabitants can actually be conducive to healthier living.
“We always lose weight on Second Life,” they write. “It’s the strangest thing!
The book outlines dieting strategies, recipes and scenarios for both “everyday eating” and “party-day eating” for those special occasions. In addition, co-author Carl Solutionary provides some extremely insightful essays regarding mostly social issues in SL, such as sexism.
The Always Have Fun! Party Cookbook marks the sequel to Any Gynoid’s popular fist book in SL dubbed Always Have Fun! The first book received over 700 downloads. A prominent journalist in SL, Gynoid has also been featured on CNN.
Author Carl Solutionary rapidly achieved success in SL, becoming an SL TV star in just 50 days. He works as a professor teaching humane education at Rockcliffe University in SL. He leads weekly “drum circles” on Sundays, which are a beacon of expression and activism.
