SL Business Review magazine and its publisher, inKLine Media have struck an agreement to merge with the newly formed Troy Tomasso Marketing (TROY).

Publisher and editor Bill Kaye will assume the duties of Managing Director under the new publicly-traded company on CapEx, with Troy Tomasso serving as the firm’s CEO.

With the integration of inKLine Media and SL Business Review, Troy Tomasso Marketing will have the combined resources to deliver ground-breaking news and entertainment for our clients to advertise their businesses.

“I am excited to announce the acquisition of inKLine Media by Troy Tomasso Marketing as per June 1st, 2013. The deal with Bill Kaye, founder of inKLine Media, will provide Troy Tomasso Marketing with a high quality publishing platform and a revenue stream from web advertising. Operational costs, predominantly related to the inKLine Media in world office will transfer to Troy Tomasso Marketing. Bill Kaye will retain intellectual ownership of the name and brandingof inKLine Media. Bill will be working as part of Troy Tomasso Marketing for approximately 50 hours per month, divided between running inKLine Media and other activities in his role as Managing Director of Troy Tomasso Marketing,” CEO Troy Tomasso wrote in a statement.

The Initial Public Offering (I.P.O) for TROY begins at 8:00 AM SLT.
